MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE

Larry Hinojosa has mediated hundreds of cases and is Credentialed Distinguished by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. He has mediated both international and domestic civil disputes in the courts of Harris and surrounding counties, and uses his years of experience and expertise to help the parties reach a reasonable settlement of their dispute. He is trained in both the facilitative/evaluative model and in the transformative model of mediation.

Approved Mediator, Hearing Officer and Investigator for Houston Community College System since 1996.

Approved mediator for U.S. Postal Service since 1996.

Volunteer Mediator for the Dispute Resolution Center of Harris County since 1994.

Has attended over 1000 hours of mediation and dispute resolution training.

Trained Mediator since 1994.

Larry Hinojosa is also qualified to sit as an arbitrator of disputes and will render a fair and reasonable decision based on the applicable law and facts of each case. He is an approved arbitrator for the city of Houston, Texas.
